KATH HOWARD'S DREAM THEATRE - Dan's dream- my interpretation

Dan's dream:

I dreamt that i was in a castle, in the garden area with trees. The trees weren’t very leafy and just looked like big twigs. in the shadows of these trees was this person who loured people into the shadows before snatching them from the world. It was a sunny day and i was running around avoiding the shadows when i accidentally stood in the shadows to get out the way of a sudden rain storm. this person then giggled and took me....then i woke up freaky stuff right there!

My interpretation:

Castle;
To see a castle in your dream signifies reward, honor, recognition, and praise for your achievements. Alternatively, the dream indicates your desire to escape from life’s daily problems.

Trees;
To see bare trees in your dream indicate used up energy. You have put your all into some relationship or project and now you are exhausted. Perhaps you are even feeling depressed. Alternatively, the dream signifies the cycle of life or the passage of time.

Shadows;
To see a shadowy figure in your dream represents characteristics which you have not acknowledged or incorporated into your own personality. They may symbolize the young, the helpless or the under-developed.
Alternatively, the dream may mean that you are in someone else’s shadow. You are constantly being overlooked and are fed up with it.

Shadow person? Demon? (I went for demon as the idea of taking people from the world seemed appropriate) haha;

To see demons in your dream represent ignorance, negativity, distress or your shadow self. It also forewarns of overindulgence and letting lust give way to your better judgment. As a result, your physical and mental health may suffer.

Sunshine;
To dream of sunshine indicates that you are experiencing some sort of emotional or situational breakthrough. The dream is offering you reassurance that you are headed on the right track.

Running;
To dream that you are running away from someone indicates an issue that you are trying to avoid. You are not taking or accepting responsibility for your actions. In particular, if you are running from an attacker or any danger, then it suggests that you are not facing and confronting your fears.

Rain;
To see and hear rain falling symbolizes forgiveness and grace. Falling rain is also a metaphor for tears, crying and sadness. If you get wet from the rain, then it indicates cleaning from your troubles and problems.

Abducted;
To dream of being abducted indicates that you are being manipulated by your circumstances or by someone. You lack control of your own life.

Dan's response:

Ah thats so cool I might have to think about seeing a therapist haha! thanks for that! It was such a weird dream. Kinda makes you think about whats happening in your unconscious mind x

KATH HOWARD'S DREAM THEATRE - Elena's second dream- my interpretation

Elena's dream:
I was in a very long, dark corridor of an old house. It was night time, there were windows without curtains, and curtains behind which there were no windows. I looked out of one of the windows and saw a street with a few people in the middle of the road. A car came speeding round the corner and knocked the people over, then reversed again and again until all the people were dead. I was unable to do anything as the man got out of the car and through the people into the bushes and drove away. I knew I had to go to the police but I was in a town where there was a gate halfway through it which was shut most of the time. The police station was on the other side of the gate. I went outside and went searching in the bushes for the people to see if I could find out who they were and give any help to any that were still alive, but as I searched the bushes all I could find were hundreds and hundreds of skulls. I ran away towards a hotel where the gate was. I ran into the hotel and said to one of the assistants;
“I need to report a mass murder but I’m stuck on the wrong side of the gate!” The hotel assistant acted like she hadn’t even heard me and walked away. I was rattling on the gate trying to get through but there was no way. One of the guests turned to me and said;
“You’ll have to wait until the morning like all the rest of us.”
I went outside and fell asleep next to a wall. When I woke up two buskers with purple hair were playing the guitar and singing next to me. They came over to talk to me and I asked whether the gate was open. They told me it wasn’t but that they knew a way to climb over the hotel and jump straight into the police station. I followed them and they helped me onto the top of the hotel but I realised that it was really high and that if I jumped I would die. I tried to get back down but the buskers were blocking me and trying to push me off.

My interpretation:

Night;
To have a dream that takes place at night represents some major setbacks and obstacles in achieving your goals. You are being faced with an issue that is not so clear cut. Perhaps, you should put the issues aside so you can clear your head and come back to it later. Alternatively, night may be synonymous with death, rebirth, reflection, and new beginnings.

To dream that you witness a murder indicates deep-seated anger towards somebody. Also you may want to consider how the victim represents aspects of yourself that you may want to destroy or eliminate.

To see a closed gate in your dream signifies your inability to overcome current difficulties. If you are unable to open the gate, then it indicates that your hard work will be seen as unsatisfactory by someone. It may also mean that you are not ready or not prepared to move on to the next step.
To dream that you are climbing to the top of a gate suggests that you are trying to gain an upper hand on some situation. You want to know what is ahead for you before you commit to something.

To see a bush in your dream symbolizes feminine emotions and desires. It may also be a reference to the female genitalia. (of course it would say that lol)

Elena's response:

Those are some very complicated symbols there but a few of them really did make sense, I think possibly the meaning of this dream and the previous dream could be very similar, with climbing the tower/climbing the gate, somebody trying to kill me, a musical instrument. That was really interesting thank you for all your hard work! xx

KATH HOWARD'S DREAM THEATRE - Maddy's second dream- my interpretation

Maddy's dream:
so i was in a makeshift den (the cardboard boxes seem to return haa) and i was looking out into a dark stone allyway, where i saw a mother and her two children walking across. the elder girl (around 6 years old) just suddenly dropped to the floor, so i ran over to her and we found out that she had been shot and was dead.
then i woke up.

My interpretation:

cardboard box;
Looks like they’re trying to tell you something! haha, apparently you’re still at risk of something?

Alley;
To see an alley in you dream suggests that you have limited options. Alternatively, an alley indicates that you are sidetracked from your goals due to other priorities.

To dream that you are walking through an alley represents a dead-end. You might feel that you have missed out on some opportunity in life.

To see children in your dream represents your childlike qualities. You may be longing for the past. You might be trying to still satisfy repressed desires and unfulfilled hopes. Maybe there is something that you need to see grow and nurture? Alternatively, the dream may be highlighting your innocence, simplicity, and carefree attitude.

To dream that you are watching children but they do not know you are there is a metaphor for some hidden knowledge or some latent talent which you have failed to recognize.

Maybe the death of the child and the fact you were helpless shows you’re unwilling to leave your qualities of a child behind?

Woman;
To see a woman in your dream represents nurturance, passivity, caring nature, and love. It refers to your own female aspects or your mother. Alternatively, a woman indicates temptation and guilt.

KATH HOWARD'S DREAM THEATRE - Maddy's first dream- my interpretation

Maddy's First dream:
so, i have no idea where i was, but i got given a baby owl inside a cardboard box, and i was worried that because the owl was in a cardboard box, that it would die. so i decided to get it a cage, luckily a bird cage of finches randomly turned up, so i took the finches out and put the owl (which had grown bigger) in this cage. the owl didn’t look happy and someone said to me that if i didn’t give it enough space or attention it would get very angry.

My Interpretation:
Owl;
To see an owl in your dream symbolizes wisdom, insight, magic. The owl is also synonymous with death, darkness and the subconscious. The appearance of an owl may be telling you to let go of the past or certain negative behaviors.
Also seeing an angry owl may represent that there is an issue you are desperately trying to avoid.

Cardboard box;
To see a cardboard box in your dreams shows that you are lacking protection from a certain risk.

Birdcage;
To see a birdcage in your dream represents a loss of freedom. You may be feeling held down and unable to fully express yourself.

To see birds in your dream may symbolize your goals, aspirations and hopes. To dream of chirping or flying birds, represent joy, harmony, ecstasy, balance, and love. It denotes a sunny outlook in life. You may be experiencing spiritual freedom and psychological liberation. It is almost as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

KATH HOWARD'S DREAM THEATRE - Elena's first dream- my interpretation

Elena's first dream
Dream 1
I was the daughter of a would-be king in a medieval/fantasy land. I played the violin to summon a little yellow bird, the bird would come and land on the scroll of my violin and sing the songs I was playing. I loved the bird and I loved reading. I would receive a box of books a day from the library and I would read them all and send them back. My would-be king father sent me the books as usual but one of them was a book about how my little yellow bird had been killed. I knew that he would have killed the bird if anyone as he hated me playing the violin. I decided to go to his tower to confront him about it. As I got to the top of the tower I realised that their plan was to get me to the tower so that they could begin to demolish the tower and make the whole town angry as the town people liked me. They began to demolish the tower and I was trapped at the top. I finally managed to escape and I ran towards the real King and Queen who were sat on thrones watching the tower being demolished. They were sat with the bishops and knights beside them in a row as in chess. I told them how much I loved them and that my father could never replace them. They adopted me as their daughter and I played the violin and the little yellow bird landed unharmed on the scroll of my violin.
My Interpretation
Medieval;
To dream of medieval times represents old habits/attitudes and old ways of thinking.

Singing bird;
Singing birds are supposedly harbingers of good luck. From what I read the bird sounds like a canary bird? If it was, they are supposed to denote unexpected pleasure. They also represent your goals, aspirations and hopes.

Violin;
To play a violin in your dreams denotes honor, distinction and refinement. It suggests that you will be recognized for your work.

Book;
Books can represent knowledge or things you have learned. They can suggest that you are moving towards your goals at a slow and steady pace. An open book symbolizes that you are able to grasp new ideas with ease.

king;
A king represents power and control and symbolizes a father figure. You may be looking for support.

Queen;
A Queen symbolizes intuition, personal growth, power and influence and may also be a symbol of your mother.

Princess (soon to be Queen);
This may represent that you are beginning to realize your full potential although still there is much more growing to be done. It is a symbol of your youth and mental development. However it may mean that you have been or becoming too demanding.

Tower;
A tower represents your high hopes and aspirations. Climbing a tower denotes your quest for spirituality and subconscious ideas that may be surfacing. A falling tower shows there may be drastic change ahead.

Knight;
A knight represents honor, loyalty, protection and security. The knight can also be seen as a savior or someone who ’sweeps you off your feet’.

killer (attempt from the king);
This suggests that an essential aspect of your emotions has been cut off. You may feel like you are losing your identity or individuality. However it may show that you’re standing up for yourself and putting an end to something.

Adopted;
To dream you’re adopted suggests you are longing for the child within you.

About the video
I made the video using my webcam to make it seem less professional. I used found objects with sticky notes, printed pictures and written signs to display my interpretations. It was recorded in my bedroom to relate to the concept of dreams, something every ordinary person does.

DAY 14- 15th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 8.30am and got ready for uni, had breakfast and went and had a tutorial about my project. I met my partner and then had more problems with his passport. We went to costa whilst he had a cup of tea. I went to a charity shop to buy toys for my project then we saw people in the illustration shop briefly. We then bought a subway and handed in my partners passport. We walked home, I had a shower, got ready and then we went to halls to make fajitas and watch game of thrones. We then drank and went to roundabout and I came home around 3am.

Food eaten:

Marmite toast, apple juice, lemon squash, apple, subway, fajitas, diet coke, vodka and diet lemonade, cheesy chips.

Thoughts:

Really glad I know where i'm going with my project and excited. Annoyed about confusion with passport and worried for my partner on whether he can afford summer and about his student finance for next year.

Feelings before bed:

Good night out, felt guilty for eating on the way home, felt really body conscious.

Dream:

I dreamt I was on my partners phone and was trying to pay his bills by pressing a button but I couldn't get to it somehow and it wouldn't press.

Dream Interpretation:

Phone: Shows I need to confront issues which I have been avoiding. Represents my communication and relationship with others. As it was my partners phone, it may shows that I am worrying about these aspects of his life.

Bills: This shows that my mind is preoccupied with financial money matters.

Opinion:

Overall I feel this dream relates well to how I've been feeling the last day or so to the way my partner deals with money. I always worry he spends too much without taking it into account. As we've been trying to book a holiday he needed to get his passport done but never felt pushed to do so so I've been feeling the strain of trying to get it sorted which I feel is reflected in this dream. As I've always been cautious about money I feel that I've been worried for both us us.

DAY 13- 14th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 1pm, had breakfast, did some work, went to town with partner to get his passport sorted but had to get more done before handing it in. Spoke on the phone to my dad, came home, spoke on the phone to my mum. Made tea, watched the voice, read my book and went to bed.

Food eaten:

Soup and toast, apple juice, lemon squash, breakfast bar, pasta bake and salad, strawberries and ice cream.

Thoughts:

Annoyed that we couldn't send off my partners passport, worried we won't be able to go on holiday.

Feelings before bed:

Really bad earache and headache, still feeling unmotivated.

Dream:

No dream recall.

DAY 12- 13th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 10.30am, brushed my teeth, had a drink and went bad to bed because I felt hungover. I looked at more holidays and spoke with a friend. I had a food delivery at 1pm. I had a late breakfast and felt hungover for most of the day so I just watched films and went on my laptop. I had dinner and then had a shower and spent time with my partner then went to bed.

Food eaten:

Lemon squash, apple juice, marmite toast, peanut butter sandwich, fajitas, strawberries and ice cream.

Thoughts:

Felt really unmotivated, sorted out holiday location and price so pleased.

Feelings before bed:

Extremely tired, happy.

Dream:

I dreamt I was on a table with people who were supposedly my friends. Everyone's food kept having mould on it so they kept having to give it back and couldn't eat.
Then I was walking through a tunnel down my road at home with my old friends from my birth town and we were talking about another one of my old friends but how he was going away so I couldn't talk to him.

Dream interpretation:

Table: Symbolizes social unity and family connections.

Stale food: Shows that I may be feeling sluggish and emotionally drained.

Tunnel: Shows that I may be exploring aspects of my subconscious and opening myself up to brand new awareness. It also shows that I may be close minded/ narrow minded in some issue.

Old friends: Sows regression into my past where I had no responsibilities. I may want to escape the pressure of adulthood. It may also show that I've been acting in a childish manner and need to grow up.

Opinion:

I feel the table relates to when I spoke to my close friend on the phone in the day and how I feel close to her. The food showed how I was feeling sluggish and as I was feeling hungover in the day I feel this related well. I also feel it may have represented my worry about losing weight too which I feel a lot. It also represents how I've been feeling emotionally drained as I stated in the day how I felt unmotivated to do anything. The tunnel links well to how i'm exploring my dreams and my subconscious mind. My old friends symbolize how i want to go on holiday and get away from doing work.

DAY 11 - 12th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 11am, had breakfast, then finished work for complementary studies. I then looked into artists and research for my other project and played around with making a video on some software. I then watched some TV, did my workout and then had dinner. I then bought drinks and got ready to go out. I pre-drank with friends, went out and came home around 4am.

Food eaten:

slim shake, lemon squash, water, cup of soup, fish cakes, chips, carrots, small bite of chocolate, wine, vodka, chips and cheese.

Thoughts:

Understand what I'm doing more with my project. Want to leave for summer already.

Feelings before bed:

Felt a bit upset just before coming home and really drunk.

Dream:

No dream recall.

DAY 10- 11th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 10.30am and had a shower. I did my workout and had breakfast. I then worked on my complementary studies sketchbook all day and looked at some more holidays. I spoke to my family briefly and watched TV. My house had a house meeting to discuss end of year cleaning and then I had dinner. I read my book then went to bed.

Food eaten:

Slim shake, water, lemon squash, cous cous and bolognese, BBQ chicken, chips and broccoli and a small bit of chocolate.

Thoughts:

Worried about being fined for broken things in the house. Want to get some where significant with my work.

Feelings before bed:

Looking forward to the summer and enjoying my book.

Dream:

I dreamt I was on a coach on my own and I felt uncomfortable and lonely. We drove almost through the sea as the tide was exceptionally high and came over the road. I got to the airport and was waiting for my friends to arrive. Then we were on a plane and I was looking out a window and woke up.

Dream Interpretation:

Coach: Symbolizes my need to become more self-disciplined.

Coast: Shows that I may be on a spiritual quest. Also represents the meeting between two states of mind such as the rational and irrational. A high tide may show that one may be more in control than the other.

Airport: Busy airport: May symbolize my want for freedom, high ideals, ambition, hopes. And may also show new ideas taking off.

Waiting: May symbolize issues with power/control and feelings of dependence especially in a relationship. I may be being too demanding with high expectations.

Plane: May reflect my need to gain a better perspective or wider view on something. It may also show that I need to get away and explore the world.

Window: Looking out of a window reflects my outlook on life, consciousness and my point of view. I may be reflecting on a decision. It also shows my want to get away.

Opinion:

Overall I feel I had this dream because I've been trying to book a holiday with my friends for the summer. However it also reflects my need to get away from uni life and enjoy myself travelling. The coach symbolizes my need to become more disciplined with doing my work and eating better. I feel the waiting reflects how I feel dependent on my partner a lot of the time and feel like I go out of my way a lot. I also feel that the coast may represent how my irrational side seems to take over a lot of the time and I should find a way of controlling that.

DAY 9- 10th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 11am. I emailed my housing company, had breakfast and then got ready for uni. I left for uni and then finished making my pot. I met my partner, had a subway and then came home. I spoke to my best friend on the phone, watched TV, had dinner, read my book then went to bed.

Slim shake, lemon squash, breakfast bar, subway, pasta bake, hot chocolate.

Thoughts:

Felt disgusted by people's behavior. Glad I had finished my pot at uni.

Feelings before bed:

I felt annoyed , tired, and worried about getting work done.

Dream:

I dreamt I was in Plymouth town but it was run down and there were fires and chaos. It was night time. I was running with my mum from this old woman in a black hooded cape almost like a witch. The woman cornered me and i'm now on my own. I felt scared and I tired to run away but I couldn't escape. A hoofed beast turns up (devil like) and grabs me in his arms and carries me inside this house. Stuffing begins to fall out of me as if i'm an empty ragged doll. He asks me if i want to put it back in and he turns away, i see a pen and i go to grab it thinking it will help me to escape later. He sees me and grabs me away from it. Then I wake up.

Dream Interpretation:

Witch: Symbolize evil and destruction. They may represent my negative ideas of anything feminine and experiences with dangerous/heartless women.

Fire: Houses on fire: This symbolizes my need to undergo some transformation. Represents destruction, passion, desire, enlightenment and anger.

Captured: I may be feeling trapped in some aspect/circumstance such as a career/relationship/life. However I may also be refusing to acknowledge something i'm in denial about.

Running: Symbolizes and issue i'm trying to avoid. I may not be taking responsibility for my actions and not facing or confronting my fears.

Devil: Symbolizes fear, limitations, negative aspects of myself. I may be feeling guilty. It also represents intelligence, cunning-ness, deception and cleverness. I also may find certain temptations hard to resist.

Ragged doll: I may be wanting to become someone else. It symbolizes my fragile-ness.

Pen: symbolizes self-expression and communication. The saying "the pen is mightier than the sword". Maybe I need to speak before acting?

Opinion:

I feel this dream relates well to how I act in my relationship. After previous people had gotten involved before I've always found it hard to trust other girls and feel sometimes this can take a huge strain on me. Sometimes I can act out when it's not needed. I feel this dream relates to how I should sit back and learn to trust, and maybe talk before acting out.

DAY 8- 9th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 9.30am and relaxed in bed. I went to uni for 1pm and had a tutorial which went well. I went into town to change something , pick up a passport form and buy some wallpaper for my partner. I went and had a hot drink in cafe Nero with my uni friends to have a group crit. I met my partner and ate out at Whetherspoons. We then visited my friends illustration shop opening and then walked home in the rain and watched game of thrones and then went to bed.

Thoughts:

Happy in progress of work but still unsure of final piece. Looking forward to my best friend moving down for good.

Feelings before bed:

Felt a bit lonely and found it hard to get to sleep. Felt worried.

Dream:

Dreamt I handed in my unit but left loads of my work out and failed.

Dream Interpretation:

handing in work(exam): Maybe I'm not meeting others expectations?

Opinion:

I feel the dream links obviously to my worries about my current project and getting all my work done, however it may relate to other things such as I feel I may not be meeting the expectations of others such as my parents or in a relationship? I sometimes feel like I can do better with my grades and my parents expect that.

DAY 6- 7th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 11.30am, had breakfast, got ready for uni and watched a bit of the film Chicago. Thoughts:

Very happy with my relationship, thinking about project a lot, looking forward to summer and wanting to plan a holiday.

Feelings before bed:

Looking forward to my future, very ill still.

Dream:

The only thing I remember is someone using my deodorant and a baby.

Dream Interpretation:

Someone using my deodorant: Using deodorant in a dream shows the ability to rid yourself of harmful/destructive behavior. Others using my deodorant maybe shows that others can rid themselves of these behaviors but I cannot?

Baby: Baby's represent new beginnings. They symbolize the pure, vulnerable, helpless and happiness.

Opinion:

I feel the deodorant represents my on going feelings of how I want to lose weight but can never seem to yet others around me seem to do it really easily. I feel the baby represents how I was feeling before I went to bed which was that I was looking forward to my future and "new beginnings".

DAY 4- 5th May 2012

I spoke to someone about their dream and did some university work. I did my workout and watched some TV. I went on my laptop and got ready to go out. I came home around 4am and went to bed.

Food eaten:

Water, Beechams flu drinks x2, frosties, graze snack box, half a tuna sandwich, curry, peach mufin, cider etc, peanut butter on toast.

Thoughts:

Looking forward to going out, I hope being ill doesn't ruin it, unsure of direction of project completely which makes me anxious.

Feelings before bed:

Still felt drunk and didn't think much.

Dream:

I dreamt I lost an eye and had to wear a fake one but my dream was very vague and that was all I could remember.

Dream Interpretation:

Lost eye: Refusal to accept another viewpoint. Suggest I'm one-sided in my ways of thinking.

Opinion:

I feel my drink links well to how I think in general. I can be a very stubborn person at times and find it hard to look at another person's view straight away if i'm involved. Although this dream doesn't link to anything I felt in the day or did, I feel it shows how I act in various situations, which shows my unconscious is trying to tell me to look at others views more.

DAY 3 - 4th May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around half 7 and led in bed for a while. I got up and had a shower, looked through some summer clothes for possible holidays and had breakfast. I then met people in town. I bought a dress, some paper, some hair and face products and a milkshake. We then went to my friends house and made fajitas and watched the film; 'Super'. One of my house mates got hold of me and told me she was locked out so I met her at halls and dropped by shortly to a party before leaving. Had a small disagreement with my partner and made up. Got a taxi home and then got ready for bed.

Food eaten:

Frosties, water, graze snack box, milkshake, fajitas, ribena.

Thoughts:

Fed up of feeling unwell. Feeling very body conscious and worrying still. Wanting to just take a day to rest. Upset about phobia of balloons and how people joke about it feeling like poeple can't take me seriously.

Feelings before bed:

Dizzy, mentally exhausted, run down, looking forward to cold going away and partner coming back home for company.

Dream:

No dream recall.

Dream:

No dream recall.

DAY 1 - 2nd May 2012

What I did in the day:

I woke up around 9am feeling very unwell with a runny nose and a sore throat. Rested in bed on laptop until around 12am. Got some grades back and had got a first so very happy! Played some games, did my washing, worked out, watched some TV, had a shower, made my blog, spoke on the phone to a friend and did some work for university.

Food eaten:

Bowl of frosties, Tuna salad sandwich, carrots and hummus, orange juice, water, chicken curry, small amount of chocolate.

Thoughts:

Unsettled about a friendship, excited for the weekend to see friends from home, unsure about my direction of practice.

Feelings before bed:

Looking forward to tomorrow evening, annoyed because of being ill, restless and unwell all night.

My dream:

In my village at night in the tower and a woman/monster was spotted who could suck people in through her mouth. Her face was really scrunched up. I was trying to get everyone to a safe place including 2 boys in wheelchairs who kept trying to get up a flight of stairs. After we were out my partner runs in and I can't stop him. She had left by then so he wasn't caught. In the morning me and my partner were resting in bed and she walks in the room demanding I wet myself otherwise people will die and I refuse. I ask her why she's doing this to us and she tells me how she lost her husband in the wild and can't find him. I convince her to leave everyone alone if I help find him and convince her he will still feel the same about her when they meet.

Dream interpretation:

Night time: "You may expect unusual oppression and hardship in business. If the night seems to be vanishing, conditions which hitherto seemed unfavorable will now grow bright, and affairs will assume prosperous phases."

Monster: "To dream of being pursued by a monster, denotes that sorrow and misfortune hold prominent places in your immediate future."

Wheelchair: "It suggests that you need to stop depending on others. A situation or relationship has made you feel helpless. Alternatively, a wheelchair indicates that you are literally letting others push you around. You need to start standing up for yourself."

Pulling someone away: "To dream that you are pulling something refers to your burdens and struggles. You have difficulties accomplishing your tasks and goals. You need to unload and/or let go some of your responsibilities. Perhaps it is a relationship that you need to let go of. Consider also what or who you are pulling. Alternatively, the dream may be a pun on your "pull" or influence for some favor or decision."

Protecting others: "
To dream that you are protecting someone or something suggests that you are putting up an emotional wall or barrier between you and others around you. Consider who or what you are protecting for clues as to what aspect of your own self you are afraid of letting out and letting others know."

Concern when partner runs off: "To dream that you are concerned about something or someone indicates that you are feeling much anxiety, unhappiness, or uneasiness in some situation of your waking life. The concern you have in your dream may be something you need to pay attention to and acknowledge."

Tower: "Tod ream of seeing a tower, denotes that you will aspire to high elevations, hopes and aspirations."

Powerless when partner ran off: "To dream that you do not have any power refers to a waking situation in which you felt unable to do anything."

Fear: "To dream that you feel fear indicates that your achievements will not be as successful as you had anticipated. You are experiencing anxieties in various aspects of your life. The key to overcoming your fear is to discuss them and deal with them openly."

Demanded to wet myself: " If the demand is unjust, you will become a leader in your profession."

To Help:" If you are helping an enemy or someone you do not like, then it suggests that you need to come to an understanding or some sort of middle ground in order to move forward with your life."

Helpless: "To dream that you are or feel helpless suggests that you are experiencing difficulties in confronting a situation or relationship. You feel that you are unable to take charge of yourself."

My opinion:

From the research I found, this particular dream indicates a general negative view including things such as : I'm feeling unable to do certain things my way and feeling held down, needing to be more open about my views and feelings and come to more of an understanding, also that i;m having difficulty achieving certain tasks, and that I put up an emotional barrier to some people.

Overall, although most people could relate to these interpretations, I feel like they show a clear link to how I've been feeling such as not understanding where my practice is going and having difficulty increasing my grade and getting work done. Also I do find that I put up an emotional barrier to some people and maybe I need to express myself more in order to achieve things in my own way.
